About me

Before setting up my coaching practice I worked as Head of Marketing and Communications for a large housing group, leading teams across two locations. During this time I was coached by three different coaches, all with different styles and approaches. This coaching was fundamental in helping me to progress through the organisation and make a success of my role. It also helped me to find a balance between my home and work life, to find my confidence and navigate the politics at work. As a result I became passionate about the benefits of coaching, and began practicing coaching methods within my team. I trained as a coach in 2007 and began coaching both within and outside the organisation, before setting up my own coaching business in 2009.
